THE PILAFORM METHOD
Where Tradition Meets Innovation
Ellle Goldman is the founder behind Pilaform, whose passion for movement and dedication to Pilates began as a personal quest for holistic well-being.
Driven by her fascination with the intricacies of the human body and the power of mindful movement, Elle immersed herself in the study of Pilates, recognizing its potential to transform not only physical strength but also mental clarity and emotional balance. Her deep commitment to mastering the art of Pilates led her to pursue formal certification at the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program in California, where she honed her skills under the guidance of esteemed instructors.
Armed with a wealth of knowledge and a newfound sense of purpose, Elle embarked on a mission to share the transformative benefits of Pilates with others. Drawing inspiration from her own journey of self-discovery, she founded the Pilaform method, a unique fitness hybrid that combines dynamic workouts with the foundational principles of Pilates.
Under Elle’s leadership, Pilaform offers a revolutionary approach to exercise that empowers individuals to cultivate strength, balance, and resilience from the inside out.
